AML Maintenance was set up in June 2020 and is a local family run business. We set out to build a family business that would focus on making sure the customer is looked after as if they are our family. We endeavour to make sure that we exceed your expectations and hope that we become a business you would happily recommend.
We are based in the heart of Tiptree, Essex but operate throughout all of Essex. We are firm believers in supporting local businesses which is why we buy our materials through them.
We cover most building maintenance works that need to be carried out but also have been involved in some wonderful projects such as converting shipping containers into Therapy rooms. Custom water feature designed and implemented. We have also designed a system for a well to pump water up and around the small holding. We have also been asked to some projects where works with the previous building company haven’t worked out for what ever reason and are asked if we can carry on.
